Elizabeth, the main character in the film, takes the audience on a journey around the world after making the decision to leave an unhappy marriage. She visits Italy, India and Bali during her travel. 2- The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
Underestimated, self-loathing, Walter Mitty, escapes his lonely reality through daydreaming episodes. But then something extraordinary happens that pushes him to get out of his comfort zone, only to discover that he is much more than he thinks about himself. He embarks on a journey to find the missing photo negative for the magazine he is working in by following the footsteps of the adventurous photographer who captured it. During his chase, he travels to Iceland and the Afghan Himalayas before he goes back to Los Angeles.

8- Death on the Nile
Based on Agatha Christie’s 1937 crime novel of the same name, Death on the Nile is a creative embodiment of the story that was released in 2022. This mystery film integrates exceptionally renowned celebrities, including Kenneth Branagh, who also directed the movie; Tom Bateman, Annette Bening, Russell Brand, Ali Fazal, Dawn French, Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, Rose Leslie, Emma Mackey, Sophie Okonedo, Jennifer Saunders, and Letitia Wright.
The story begins in London with Hercule Poirot, played by Kenneth Branagh, in a London club. Later he encounters one of his friends in Egypt and was invited to a wedding. Poirot, being a famous detective, was invited to a honeymoon trip on a Nile cruise to Abu Simbel, where the mysterious events of the story take place.
The movie was originally planned to be filmed in Morocco rather than Egypt, but the decision was made to be only filmed in England. They managed to recreate the needed scenery for the storyline. The film was successfully received and grossed $137.3 million.
9- P.S. I Love You
A woman, happily married and deeply in love, is faced with the unfortunate death of her husband due to a brain tumour. As she is finding a way to deal with her grief, she receives letters from her late husband, which he planned to be sent to her after her death. His plans took her on a journey from Manhattan to his home town in Ireland.
This romantic drama was directed by Richard LaGravenese, and starring Hilary Swank, Gerard Butler, Lisa Kudrow, Harry Connick Jr., Gina Gershon, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Kathy Bates.
10- Sherlock Holmes
A movie series that is released in two parts directed by Guy Ritchie, one in 2009 and the other in 2011. The film stars Robert Downey Jr. as Sherlock, the genius private detective, and Jude Law as his partner Dr. John Watson. Together, they embark on a mysterious and thrilling journey to prevent mass murders and catastrophes. The story was based on the creation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in 1887 which was a unique creation in crime fiction.
Following the journey of the two main characters in different parts of the world, filming locations include Triengen, Kanton, and Lucerne in Switzerland, London in the United Kingdom, and Manchester and New York in the United States. The film was nominated for two Academy Awards, Best Original Score and Best Art Direction. Also, Downey Jr. won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy.
